Experienced Project Administrator Wanted for Authority in Solna

We at Manpower are currently looking for an experienced project administrator for a 50% assignment with an authority in Solna. You will primarily work with administrative support and as a meeting organizer, but also with elements of investigative work. We are looking for someone with relevant higher education and at least three years of experience in similar work. We warmly welcome your application!

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Manpower but will work with our client, an authority in Solna. There is an opportunity for remote work by agreement. The assignment is 50% and initially lasts for 6 months with a chance of extension.

About the Assignment

The authority is in need of a project administrator primarily for administrative support and meeting organization in international projects related to the European Health Data Space, EHDS. The assignment also includes certain elements of investigative work, e.g., for inventorying EHDS-relevant calls for EU funding or Nordic participation in EU projects, with the possibility of compiling written reports. You will also participate in agreed project meetings and may occasionally represent the authority in such contexts. All tasks are carried out under the guidance and in collaboration with the authority's responsible personnel.

Are You the Right Person for the Assignment?

For this assignment, we are looking for someone who thrives in a broad role in an international environment. You are structured, have a good ability to collaborate, and can handle large amounts of information effectively.

In addition, you must meet the following requirements

Higher education or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
At least two (2) years of experience in meeting organization
At least two (2) years of experience in administration
At least one (1) year of experience in investigation
At least one (1) year of experience in report writing

It is advantageous if you have

Knowledge of health data and the Swedish healthcare system in relation to research/innovation
Experience in similar tasks in international projects and contexts
Experience in actively participating in international meetings with English as the language spoken and written
Experience in contributing to written reports in English.
