We are now looking for an initiative-taking and responsible Payment Officer for the payment team at Svea Inkasso. Do you enjoy working meticulously while having many points of contact? Then this could be the role for you! You will be part of a helpful team that together is responsible for handling various matters related to incoming and outgoing payments.
About the roleAs a Payment Officer, you will work a lot administratively, being part of an unpretentious and service-oriented team that ensures the daily work with payment flows within the business area runs smoothly. Email and Excel are two of your most used tools, but there will also be phone contact with both external and internal contacts such as clients, debtors, the enforcement authority, and case handlers. The team also collaborates with other departments at Svea regarding payments that have gone wrong. The daily work includes tasks such as:
- Handling of incoming and outgoing payments as well as cash reports and reconciliations
- Handling of payments that for some reason have not been registered correctly in our system
- Handling of incoming payments from our representatives abroad.
Who are you?In this role, we see that you have experience in financial administrative work, or alternatively in a service profession where you have encountered cash handling experience. Experience with and a good understanding of Excel is an advantage. You also have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We are looking for a positive person who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and independently perform your tasks. You are a doer who enjoys and is good at getting things done efficiently and accurately, and can handle a large amount of administrative work. In this role, it is important that you have an interest in numbers and logical thinking. You enjoy taking your own initiatives, are flexible, and service-oriented.
