We are looking for a self-driven and experienced payroll administrator

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced payroll administrator for a temporary position of 50% for 2-3 months starting in early February. If needed, it may be extended or changed to part-time. The role involves taking responsibility for payroll management for a group consisting of 27 companies, and you will be an important part of a team.

Workplace: Västra Järnvägsgatan 3, 111 64 Stockholm – near T-Centralen (on-site, as teamwork occurs in the office)
Working hours: Flexible, but you should be available for presence in the office

Your main responsibilities

Responsible for payroll processing for approximately 600 employees within a group
Manage payroll file transfers to accounting
Work in the Kontek system for payroll management and MRM Flex for personnel management
Collaborate with the other payroll administrator in the team to ensure accurate and efficient payroll disbursement
Ongoing reporting and reconciliations

Who are you?

Have several years of experience in payroll administration and can work independently without needing detailed guidance
Have experience working with payroll management for multiple companies (experience in group work is an advantage)
Have previously worked in payroll and HR systems (experience with Kontek and MRM Flex is advantageous but not required)
Are structured, meticulous, and have a high degree of responsibility
Are used to quickly getting into new tasks and systems
Are a positive team player who thrives in a smaller team but can also work independently
