You will lead and coordinate the work in the team where each employee has significant responsibility and mandate. You collaborate and build relationships with all parts of the company. You work with the HR functions within the group and constantly seek opportunities to spread solutions to other parts of the company while also seeking, adapting, and implementing solutions from other parts of the company. A significant part of your role will involve conducting your own HRBP work with several regions and departments, leading by your own example.

Profile and Qualifications:

• You have a holistic perspective on the various areas of HR and can act as a proactive partner in all aspects of HR work, such as recruitment, work environment, labor law, and development. You possess strong pedagogical and communication skills that you can apply in all parts of the role—from strategic discussions to conducting learning activities or meetings with clients.
• You have a structured approach to work where you rely on data and analysis to measure effectiveness and act as a strategic partner. You also lead the team’s transition in that direction.
• You are a good leader—you set direction with the team, create engagement, and act to achieve results and goals.
• You can build strong relationships and networks within the company. You have good communication skills and can explain complex matters simply to others in various areas.
• You are structured, clear, and accustomed to managing projects with many stakeholders.
• You are curious and constantly want to learn more and develop working methods together with the team.
• You possess strategic and analytical abilities that enable you to create solutions and support that generate business value.

Desired formal qualifications and experience:

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a managerial role within HR.
• Experience working with and driving HR issues in a large, complex organization.
• Excellent ability to maintain delivery from business goals and ideas to finished concepts that meet set effectiveness goals with an agile approach. Strong digital skills.
• Experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role. Experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and driven. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are proactive in taking initiatives.
