Your main responsibility as our new Office Manager is to create a fantastic workplace where people love to be. You initiate, drive projects, and manage the daily operations at the office, ensuring that everyone is happy. This is a broad role, and you are expected to do everything from keeping the office clean to being the point of contact for all our suppliers and partners such as cleaning companies, landlords, etc.The Role

We currently have about 200 Power Shifters at our headquarters in Stockholm, Alvik, and it is no exaggeration to say that you are the center point - the one everyone in the office knows and appreciates. Being responsible for our office means creating a #GoodVibes and #DoItTogether environment where the workplace is functional and pleasant to be in.

The role is very broad, but you are responsible for how the scope looks. Your time will likely be evenly distributed between the reception and the other three floors. If you have read this far, you are probably looking for that classic bullet list of "what would I actually do every day". Here it is!

Go-to person for employee needs - key cards, lost and found, etc.

General administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and snacks.

Manage mail, deliveries, and office emails.

Point of contact for external suppliers and partners for operational activities.

Keep the office clean, welcoming, and functional.

Full responsibility for the assigned budget.

Arrange engaging internal events, such as team events or company-wide AWs.

Participate in projects to optimize our office environment.

You will receive support from the procurement team when negotiating new contracts and help from the security department when organizing fire drills or other office-related activities.

That said, we believe there are certain things needed to succeed in this role:

• Relevant experience in a service profession; such as a similar role in an office, hotel, or restaurant.
• Are a proactive "doer" with a positive attitude.
• Are unpretentious and put the company's best interests first.
• Excellent social and communication skills. You should be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
• You work in a structured manner and enjoy keeping things organized and well-ordered.
• Can handle ad-hoc tasks using prioritization and problem-solving skills.
