About the Position

At Perido, we are now looking for someone to take on the role of Back Office Administrator for our client. The client company is an innovative finance company that specializes in providing tailored working capital financing to Swedish growth companies. You will be part of the credit department and work from the office in Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Back Office Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the credit department through careful and efficient handling of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, providing support to customers and partners regarding invoices, reminders, and deferrals.

You will work with invoice registration and payment processing, ensure correct administration of incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with simpler collection cases and accounts payable. An important part of the role is also to investigate and resolve unmatched payments to ensure smooth financial flows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in service, for example from retail or customer service
  • A strong interest in economics and the finance industry
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience in similar work

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, initially a 6-month assignment via Perido, with the possibility of permanent recruitment to the client thereafter. Start as soon as possible.
