Sweden's Municipalities and Regions (SKR) is the employer and membership organization for all municipalities and regions in the country. We are now looking for a person for the role of process support during an upcoming temporary position.
The role belongs to their Department of Health and Care, Section for Data and Analysis. The section works with informatics, health data, monitoring, and analysis to support the development towards data-driven and knowledge-based health and care in municipalities and regions.
A central part of the work is carried out on behalf of the regions' system for knowledge governance in healthcare. Within this framework, there is ongoing development work to establish a national competence center for regional health data management.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of process support, you will be responsible for providing qualified administrative and organizational support to the operations. You will coordinate meetings, contribute to structured working methods, and be responsible for documentation and follow-up in the work with national collaboration in the health data area.
Your main tasks include:
- Coordinating matters before preparation and decision
- Writing meeting minutes and decision logs
- Planning and administering meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Ensuring follow-up of decisions, timelines, and deliveries
- Responsible for record-keeping
- If necessary, preparing process descriptions and presentation materials
- Coordinating contacts between regions, authorities, and other national actors
- Contributing to the development of communication and presentation materials
- Participating in the development of administrative working methods and support processes within the national system for knowledge governance
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed academic education in, for example, social sciences, public health, health administration, law, political science, or another relevant field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SharePoint
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system
- Experience in meeting administration, minute-taking, and coordination of working groups
- Experience working in a politically governed organization
