Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who speaks fluent Norwegian and enjoys a role where you meet customers daily. You have a professional and solution-oriented approach and like to work in a team while taking personal responsibility.

Requirements and qualifications:


• Fluent Norwegian in speech and writing.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented work approach.
• Experience working with computers and various systems.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or similar tasks.

Meritorious:


• Experience from customer support in e-commerce, telecommunications, tech, or retail.
• Additional Nordic languages besides Norwegian.

What does the role entail?

As a customer service representative, you will help Norwegian customers via phone, email, and chat. You will find solutions, answer questions, handle orders, provide product information, and guide customers further when needed. No day is the same, and you will have the opportunity to grow in the role while creating good customer experiences.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Receiving and answering questions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing product information and support with orders and delivery issues.
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting.
  • Administrative tasks related to customer cases.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure the right solution.
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience through professional interaction.
