Your Role

In this role, you will work with our recruitment process for thesis workers and summer interns. The work will provide you with valuable experience and future references.

You will be part of a team with other HR students who, under the guidance of an experienced team leader, will work closely with the business to recruit the approximately 500 thesis workers and summer interns hired each year.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Publishing job advertisements
• Selection of candidates based on specifications
• Managing the recruitment process for all candidates in our Workday system
• Conducting security interviews and maintaining ongoing contact with our security department for further handling
• Continuous communication with managers and HR throughout the process
• Various HR administration tasks

The work starts at the end of August and continues until early summer.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone studying a relevant program in HR, who wants to combine their studies with a fun and flexible part-time job.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and self-driven. Since the work involves collaboration with others in the team as well as contact with other people and functions in the organization, we also see that you are proactive and have an easy time working with others. You are curious and engaged in learning more about recruitment and other HR processes.

You should be able to start working at the end of August and be available for about 7-10 hours a week until early summer.

Your role may potentially involve travel to other locations, so it is important that you are flexible.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
