WorkNordic is a staffing and recruitment company that has been providing personnel to the construction and civil engineering industry in Sweden and Norway since 2008. Through our platform WorkNorway, we also help Nordic employers find the right skills in several other industries.

We are now looking for a structured and self-driven finance and payroll administrator for 50% who wants to help us build further together.

The position is initially 50% but may be expanded as the company grows.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the company's ongoing financial function.
The role is operational but with the opportunity to grow in responsibility over time.
We work in Fortnox.

 

Your main responsibilities:

• Payroll administration (collective agreements in construction are an advantage)
• Management of allowances and time reports
• Customer invoicing
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Customer and supplier accounts
• Reconciliations
• Support in financial follow-up
  
   

Meritorious:

• Experience from staffing
• Experience with payroll in construction
• Experience with Fortnox
