The Infranord Group has a turnover of approximately 5 billion SEK and employs around 1,600 people. Infranord is owned by the Swedish state and follows the principles for state-owned companies. By conducting a profitable business, we contribute to enabling investments in Swedish infrastructure and the welfare society.

We are now looking for a business-driven corporate lawyer who wants to work on creating conditions for successful infrastructure projects, supporting the business in ongoing assignments, and contributing to Infranord's development. The position is a fixed-term employment for six months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a corporate lawyer at Infranord, you will be part of a central and valued function in the group. The legal department consists of a competent team of three corporate lawyers. You will have many points of contact within the company and work closely with other parts of the business. You report directly to the group’s chief legal officer.

In the role of corporate lawyer, you will gain good insight into the various parts of the company's core business, create conditions for successful business transactions, and contribute to the organization's set goals. The work includes participating in tender processes, providing ongoing advice to the business, conducting training, and assisting in disputes. You will also participate in the group’s development projects. As a corporate lawyer at Infranord, you will have the opportunity to work with many areas of law, with a particular focus on construction law, public procurement, and contract law.

The position is based at Infranord's headquarters in Sundbyberg. Planned travel within the Nordic region may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who, after completing their law degree, has worked for at least 3 years at a law firm, company, or equivalent. We offer a varied job where the tasks span most areas of law. Therefore, you should be quick to learn and have an interest in working with different types of legal issues. Knowledge of construction law and related regulations as well as procurement law and contract law is important for this position.

The work requires you to be analytical, business-oriented, pragmatic, decisive, and have a solution-oriented approach. Furthermore, you need to have a strong drive and the ability to independently plan your work and prioritize tasks. You should have a sense for systematically and structurally driving issues forward, with the accuracy required for the best results. As a person, you are trustworthy and enjoy providing advice and support to various parts and levels of the organization. You are unpretentious and engaged, and you help out when your colleagues need it. You also have an excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
