We are looking for a KMA Coordinator for a temporary assignment of approximately 1 year in Stockholm through Lernia. In this role, you will be a key person to ensure that the work environment, quality, and work environment routines function in daily operations and that the organization complies with applicable laws and internal routines. The assignment is suitable for you who are confident in the coordinator role, have good communication skills, and want to work practically with production/execution.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and drive issues related to quality, environment, and work environment at the workplace.
Conduct risk assessments, safety rounds, and follow-ups, as well as document and report deviations.
Establish and follow up on action plans and improvement measures in collaboration with management and work groups.
Participate in project and workplace meetings and inform and educate employees on relevant routines and regulations.
Ensure that permits, checklists, and necessary documentation are available and up to date.
Contact person for safety representatives, suppliers, and authorities regarding KMA-related issues.
We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and has a natural ability to create collaboration across professional boundaries. You enjoy working in an operational everyday life where you balance leadership, documentation, and improvement work.
Formal qualificationsRelevant education in work environment, quality, safety, or equivalent experience.
Documented experience in KMA work, preferably from construction, production, or industrial environments.
Good knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding work environment and quality.
Driving license B.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish; English customer dialogues may occur.
Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent training in environment/work environment.
Work experience in systematic quality and work environment work in project form.
Experience in leading training and lecturing for larger groups.
Experience with digital tools for deviation and document management.
Position: Full-time/temporary according to the scope of the assignment.
Location: Stockholm
Employment through Lernia with collective agreements, salary, vacation, pension contributions, and insurance according to the agreement.
