Your employment offer

Our client has their office near Kungsträdgården in Stockholm. You will receive a thorough introduction upon starting. This is a consulting assignment through us at TNG.

Your tasks

• Welcoming visitors at the reception and answering calls at the switchboard
• Opening & closing the office
• Booking certain meeting rooms
• Coordinating during evacuations

Worth knowing

This is a consulting assignment via TNG and you will work Monday - Friday from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM. The assignment runs from March 9 – April 30 with the possibility of extension.

Our expectations

For this role, we see that you have experience working in a reception previously. You have good computer skills, know the Office suite, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, creative, and flexible. We also see that you are attentive, unpretentious, and always put the customer first. You have excellent collaboration skills and can be structured and independent, even in busy situations.
