Curious about working as a receptionist or switchboard operator in the public sector?
We are now looking for students, retirees, or those with another primary occupation who want to work extra as a mobile consultant. As a mobile consultant, you are employed by us but work on assignments for our clients in the public sector, with a particular focus on government agencies. The role gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience, work in different workplaces, and contribute where the need is greatest, while also providing you with a flexible employment form that can easily be combined with your primary occupation.
In your role as a Receptionist, your main tasks will include:
- Providing information services to customers and employees
- Welcoming visitors and deliveries
- Assisting with the agency's service needs (e.g., booking, copying, purchasing, or registration)
- Working with the agency's telephone service (e.g., transferring calls, ordering calls, moving extensions, and arranging conference calls)
- Working with the agency's switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming and outgoing calls
- Entering new information into the switchboard's memory function
Requirements for the position:
- High school or equivalent education
- At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Experience using telephone exchanges and referral systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

You enjoy meeting different people, appreciate variety in your work, and feel confident representing both us and our clients in a professional manner. High integrity, responsibility, and a positive attitude are qualities that will help you succeed in this role.
