Senior Information Architect

Do you want to help shape the future of public services and work with socially important development? At the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you will have a central role in creating long-term strategy and effective governance for development.
Business Development, Architecture Work, and Management
As a Senior Information Architect in the Strategy and Development Management area, you will contribute architectural perspectives/work in the agency's strategic planning and ensure that the architecture supports long-term strategic goals. Furthermore, you will:
- develop and manage the agency's framework for architectural governance and architecture models such as capability maps, value streams, and target architectures
- establish and/or participate in architecture councils to ensure compliance with architectural principles and guidelines and ensure that architecture is integrated into the agency's decision-making and governance processes
- collaborate with management and other strategic functions to identify and drive long-term development
- ensure that architecture provides decision support in portfolio management and prioritization of initiatives
- lead the work of defining and implementing effective processes for architectural governance
- communicate the value of architecture and translate complex architectural issues into decision support for various stakeholders
- support and coach internal stakeholders in architectural matters to ensure sustainable solutions and improved operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who has
- a university degree in computer science, informatics, or a corresponding field
- several years of experience in strategic business development, information architecture, or similar roles
- experience in information modeling and conceptual modeling at the agency level
- understanding of information management, data quality, and master data management
- experience in developing common information structures across organizational boundaries
- the ability to model and visualize information structures for different target groups
- experience in balancing agency-wide vs local information needs
- experience in facilitating and leading workshops for information modeling
- excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have
- experience of the practical benefits and communication skills to utilize enterprise architecture as support for managing development
- experience of data and information governance in practice
- knowledge of data sharing between agencies and interoperability
- experience in metadata management and data quality frameworks
- experience specifically from the public sector or agency environment.

A permanent, full-time position with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
