Our client Mitsubishi Electric is now looking for a Receptionist/Finance Assistant for their office in Sollentuna. The position is a consultancy assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension and is placed within the Administration division, Finance department. You will report to the Accounting Team Leader.

In the role of Receptionist/Finance Assistant, you will combine reception work with ongoing financial administration. The purpose of the position is to ensure a professional reception and to support the finance department in daily operations.
ResponsibilitiesReception & administration:
Open and close the switchboard
Handle incoming customer calls
Distribute emails from [email protected] to relevant departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Print, sort, and mail customer invoices
Purchase office supplies, hygiene products, coffee, and fruit
Maintain order in reception areas
Book meeting rooms
Keep track of staff whereabouts
Perform other common administrative tasks
Finance:
Register and code supplier invoices
Register and code travel expenses
Manage travel expenses (control, coding, and payment)
Create payment files for the bank
Report back on bank files
Register ongoing bookkeeping in SAP
Manage payments
Fill in account applications and conduct credit checks on new suppliers
Contract management
Manage lunch cash
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and at least three years of experience in reception and/or finance. You are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented, with good administrative skills. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
About the position
Start: Immediately
Scope: Full-time
Location: On-site at the office in Sollentuna.
Assignment: Consultancy assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara Group during the assignment.
