The position also includes administrative tasks such as sending materials to court in case of appeals, monitoring deadlines in cases, and registering documents in the authority's case management system.
Your responsibilities include administering the cases that the authority handles together with other data protection authorities within the EU. In this contact, you will use English as your working language.
You will work closely with the other case officers and lawyers in the unit. Additionally, you will manage contacts with the court and individuals regarding their cases.
The responsibilities may change and develop over time, and you are expected to contribute to the development of routines and collaborative methods with the rest of the authority.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in case handling within a government agency. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have good computer skills and comfort in working with digital systems.
It is an advantage if you have:
- paralegal education or other education that IMY considers equivalent
- experience from court or supervisory authority, especially in case handling
- worked with text translation
- experience of international cooperation in case management
- previous experience working in electronic case management systems, especially Platina
Your personal qualities
You are a person who combines accuracy with efficiency and ensures that your work maintains good quality. You are driven and proactive in your work approach and have the ability to independently drive your tasks forward. You adapt easily to changing conditions and can handle periods of high workload. You enjoy working together with your colleagues for development and improved work methods.
You contribute to a good atmosphere and find it easy to collaborate with others. Your communication is clear and accommodating, whether you are in contact with colleagues, citizens, or other authorities in Sweden or within the EU.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
