Summer Job as Receptionist at Driving Test Järfälla-Upplands Väsby Job Responsibilities

Welcome to apply for a summer job as a receptionist with us at Driving Test in Järfälla and Upplands Väsby. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the reception, for example, with renewing driver's licenses
• Support other staff with picking up and dropping off cars
• Practical tasks in the office

The position involves working both in Järfälla and Upplands Väsby according to an agreed schedule.

The summer job runs from 2026-06-01 to 2026-08-28.

Who are you?

You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are keen to contribute to good collaboration within the team. Additionally, you have a problem-solving approach and the ability to understand various tasks and resolve situations that arise.

We are looking for someone who has

• an ongoing KY, YH, college, or university education, or has completed their education in 2024 or later.
• current and relevant work experience from physical customer meetings, such as in reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contacts
• good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing
• good knowledge of English in speaking
• good computer skills
• a driver's license for a manual transmission car
