Interim Business Analyst

SJR is now looking for an Interim Business Analyst for our client, a well-known company located in Södermalm. This is a consulting assignment for 12 months, starting on March 16th. For the right person, there is a possibility of extension. For this assignment, we are looking for someone who wants to be employed as a consultant or someone who wants to work as a subcontractor with us.

About the Role

For this role, we are seeking a senior Business Analyst who wants to work in a strategic and business-oriented role focusing on change management and AI-driven development. The assignment involves identifying, prioritizing, and translating AI-based initiatives into concrete solutions that create measurable business value, in collaboration with the business. The role serves as a central link between business and technology, where you drive the work from the idea stage to implemented and maintained solutions. You will work closely with super users, project participants, and tech functions and contribute to establishing structures, working methods, and best practices for how the organization will build and scale its use of AI moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for idea generation and prioritization of AI applications
• Conduct requirements analysis and process mapping in connection with AI initiatives
• Design solution proposals and prototypes based on existing AI tools and platforms
• Build and further develop simpler AI applications, such as agents and LLM-/RAG-solutions
• Participate in design, testing, and quality assurance before production deployment
• Specify requirements for technical tools and integrations in dialogue with IT/Tech
• Train and support super users and contribute to increased AI maturity in the organization
• Participate in establishing working methods, standards, and best practices for AI usage
• Collaborate with business and technology in projects and development initiatives

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a business analyst in larger organizations and who has worked practically with AI or ML-related initiatives. You have experience building or configuring LLM-based solutions and have worked with at least one RAG solution or similar systems where external data sources have been integrated. You are accustomed to conducting requirements analysis, process mapping, and leading workshops in complex organizations. The role also requires experience in close collaboration with IT/Tech regarding implementation, integration, and production deployment, as well as excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

You are self-driven, proactive, and confident in the role of facilitator and advisor. Structure, collaboration skills, and a natural drive to develop working methods are important qualities, as well as the ability to create engagement and clarity in change work.
