The Health and Elderly Administration works towards the goal of providing both younger and older residents with a good life every day through care and support, health and medical care, and preventive health measures. Within the administration, approximately 2,500 dedicated employees work to achieve this goal. To strengthen the systematic quality work and ensure the quality of individual documentation, the administration is seeking an additional Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS).


The Health and Elderly Administration currently has two SAS who, together with medically responsible nurses (MAS) and a medically responsible rehabilitation (MAR), form a unit within the quality and development function of the Health and Elderly Administration. Job Responsibilities

As an SAS, you are an important part of ensuring and developing the administration's systematic quality work. You have a strategic role and participate in the development and quality assurance of the administration's main process for care and support according to the Social Services Act and overarching routines. You investigate reports of misconduct according to Lex Sarah and make decisions on delegation from the board. As part of the follow-up of quality in our operations, you perform quality monitoring in collaboration with MAR and MAS. Your tasks also include participating in the overall analysis of deviations, Lex Sarah, and feedback, as well as developing deviation management. You support the operations in planning and follow-up of self-control.

You have an important role in the work regarding users' documentation so that the operations can meet documentation requirements. You develop overarching routines and other supporting materials, conduct introductory and training initiatives, and provide knowledge support to various functions and representatives in the administration.

Your role includes monitoring the external environment and legal requirements within the social services area and informing about changes that affect the administration's operations. The assignment also includes participating in various projects or other development work as an expert in the social services area. In this assignment, you collaborate with the administration's managers, MAS, MAR, business developers, process leaders, and administrative controllers, as well as other SAS in the municipality.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in social work, law, or social care. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in qualified work within the social field. You have knowledge and understanding of what contributes to good quality for those the operations are intended for. You work systematically and proactively. You have solid knowledge and experience of the legislation and other regulatory frameworks that govern, primarily the Social Services Act. You should have substantial experience in investigative work. Experience from elderly care and process work is an advantage.

To support, inform, and educate employees and managers, good pedagogical skills are required, and you must express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You need to be attentive and flexible to the needs of the operations and also have the ability to be clear when necessary. We believe that with your solid experience, calmness, and security, you find it easy to gain trust in the relationships you build. The role requires a good ability to collaborate and cooperate with others while also being able to independently carry out your work effectively. You are structured and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work independently. Furthermore, you need to be analytical and have the ability to take a holistic perspective and see connections in complex issues.
