About the Job

The perfect part-time job for those with bartending skills, with the opportunity to work at a variety of events and occasions. We work with everything from large conference venues and hotel chains to modern co-working spaces and event companies. Our assignments provide great flexibility to influence your schedule based on your personal commitments. This position is suitable for those with service experience and bartending skills. An extra plus if you can also work in serving and want a delightful variety of tasks.

We train all our staff at Carotte Academy, our own service training program, ensuring that everyone feels confident in delivering first-class service to our clients!

Examples of Different Types of Assignments

The tasks may vary depending on the assignment; we are looking for event staff, serving staff, à la carte servers, and bartenders. There is a strong focus on guest service and quality. Examples of working environments include:

• Cocktail bar

We are looking for someone who

• Has an interest in service and delivering quality
• Has previous experience as a bartender
• Is social, outgoing, and has an easy time connecting with people
• Has a positive attitude, is humble, flexible, and unpretentious, a true role model
• Enjoys working in a team and constantly developing
• Has another main occupation of at least 50% (studies, other work, etc.)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and/or English

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you will gain the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff.
