With a focus on quality and genuine commitment, we aim to create a wonderful atmosphere where both customers and the team thrive. We are now looking for new Team Members who want to be part of the Fred’s family in Gothenburg!

About the role As a Team Member at Fred’s, you play a central role in realizing our vision. You meet our customers and ensure that everything from service to quality meets the highest standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Preparing and serving our products, such as salads, wraps, and smoothies.
• Assisting with sales and providing recommendations to customers.
• Contributing to keeping the café clean and tidy – from the counter to the last details.
• Being part of a team that makes each day a little better than the last.

Who are you? You are energetic, driven, and have a passion for food and people. You spread positive energy around you and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced environment. For you, it is important to create a pleasant experience for both customers and colleagues.

We believe that you:

• Are cheerful, driven, and enjoy meeting people.
• Have a sense of quality and want everything you do to be really good.
• Have experience in service or café/restaurant.
• Are competitive and resourceful.
• Are used to working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having a lot to do.
• Are comfortable with Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
