Moreno Pizza is a destination for beer, quizzes, and 485-degree wood-fired pizza, featuring its own Biergarten on the roof that offers the best view of Gothenburg. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager who enjoys leading and motivating both experienced and less experienced staff towards high goals.

As Bar Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for our bars, both in the dining room and on our Biergarten during the summer, and the role is central to the continued development of Moreno Pizza.

You will lead the work of building, recruiting, and managing the team to ensure that our guests have a fantastic experience from the first drink to the last pizza slice, based on our well-developed concepts.

Your tasks will also include orders, inventory management, staffing optimization, and ensuring that the bar always maintains the highest quality and that the atmosphere remains inviting and lively.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and has the ability to handle both pace and quality with a smile. You are a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team, while also not hesitating to step in and show the way when needed. Through your experience, you have developed a strong understanding of the various components that are important for running a profitable restaurant.

Your social skills and attention to detail ensure that you always put the guest first and make every visit with us something extraordinary. You are used to taking responsibility and keeping track of both big and small matters, and you are driven to find solutions and develop both yourself and the business.
