As part of this, we are now appointing a newly developed and exciting role as Bar Supervisor to drive, develop, and refine our bars and beverage offerings.

About the Role

In the role of Bar Supervisor, you will be involved in developing, maintaining, and training within our offerings and concepts for our bars in the Operations - Hotel, Food & Beverage, Services business area.

You will work closely with both the Strategic Bar & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Managers in the various departments to assemble the right offerings. All to achieve our estimated KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction as well as concept development within bar and beverage throughout the establishment.

You will work part-time in operations as an operational bartender, alternating with administrative time for the role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in food and beverage, with a strong focus on bar knowledge, although serving and beverage knowledge are also required. Trend spotting for development within bars and restaurants is of high interest to you. We prefer candidates from a similar role with relevant vocational training.

You are accustomed to working with larger F&B operations and multiple units in a vibrant environment. You have a good understanding of bar operations, including building drink menus, inventory management, scheduling, and creating good economics in a bar. You should have good computer skills and be familiar with various digital systems.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, service-oriented, and development-focused. Furthermore, to thrive in this role, you are social, possess good business acumen, think holistically, and of course, you are passionate about food and beverage. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

The position is a permanent employment within the Union's collective agreement area, with a start date as agreed, preferably as soon as possible. A 6-month probationary period applies.
