Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg is now looking for an extra star for the reception, who will check in and out our guests, answer the phone, take bookings, prepare arrival lists, invoice, etc. You also need to be able to step in on other departments and support when needed, such as serving in our bistro, welcoming guests to the conference, or tidying up a room.

The position is a temporary employment of 10-20% with the possibility of more.

• You have a warm and caring personality.
• You enjoy chatting with both big and small, and making someone's day a little better with small gestures.
• You are a natural inspirer who enjoys motivating people around you just by being yourself.
• You see the big picture in the small details and have a sense for detail.
• You understand that sales = service and together we achieve our set goals.
• You are independent and flexible and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• You have an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when necessary.
• You have good computer skills or are eager to learn this.
• You are at least 20 years old (due to serving permits).

It is a plus if you have knowledge of our booking system MEWS and if you are a student in the industry.
