Hasslegården is a short-term/special accommodation that receives men and women aged 21-70 with comorbidity in the form of mental disabilities and previous substance abuse. Hasslegården is located in a rural area just outside Mariestad and accommodates 24 places where we offer care in a calm and home-like environment. At Hasslegården, we have a structured weekly schedule, individual planning for each placement, and arrange activities based on ability and wishes.

The Position – Night Assistant 

We are currently looking for a night assistant for our operations at Hasslegården. The position is permanent full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months.  

Job Responsibilities 

The job responsibilities are varied and include, among other things, care, ADL, medication management, supportive conversations, various treatment and motivational efforts, documentation, and other practical tasks. We work for individualized treatment and place great value on structure and clarity to provide the client with a safe, stable, meaningful, and enriching stay. Requirements & Experience 

Education: 

-          Trained assistant nurse, preferably with a focus on psychiatry. (Proof of protected professional title as Assistant Nurse) 

-          Meritorious with training and competence in CBT, ÅP, MI. 

-          A driving license (B) is required. 

Experience:

-          Work experience from similar tasks. 

-          Meritorious if you have previously worked in addiction treatment with a focus on psychiatry. 

-          You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills. 

-          A good administrative ability, computer skills, and interest in documentation as it is part of the job responsibilities.
