Description

Business developers will in the future be employed at a different organizational level than at a single operational area.

In the dependent operational area, we are now seeking a psychologist for the staff.

Responsibilities

The role includes assignments as a psychological management responsible (PLA). This primarily involves being responsible for ensuring that psychological assessment and treatment methods are carried out in accordance with current research as well as regional and national guidelines. The position includes both operational and strategic tasks. The psychologist will facilitate change work in the clinical everyday life. Change work should be followed up and evaluated. There should be flexibility to capture the needs for operational change and support within the operational area. The work will be done in collaboration with the managers and employees of the operation. Sometimes it is carried out individually and sometimes together with other staff members in the team.

About you

We are looking for a licensed psychologist and specialist psychologist.

You have knowledge of process management, preferably with documented training. You have experience in management work. Furthermore, you have broad experience in psychological and psychiatric work. We consider personal suitability in the appointment of the position.
