About the Position

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will work within the Employment Service's program Steps to Work. You will assist job seekers, with or without disabilities, in mapping and testing their capabilities in real work situations. You will have the opportunity to work both in groups and individually and be an important part of our participants' journey towards employment or education.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct assessments of work ability

• Guide participants and map their work conditions

• Observe and compile investigations into written reports

• Support participants in finding the right career path and workplace

• Manage the administration related to the assignment

• Contribute to the development of our organization

• Ensure participant satisfaction throughout the process

Who are we looking for?

You are a licensed occupational therapist and experienced in using tools such as MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, and AWP. However, what truly drives you is your curiosity about people and your ability to see their potential. You are attentive, analytical, and good at reading between the lines to identify creative solutions tailored to each participant's unique situation.

We also see that you have a good understanding of the labor market, both nationally and locally, and that you enjoy combining structured administrative work with personal support. If you can combine these skills, we offer you an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
