Hannas is a newly opened restaurant in an expanding area in Mölndal. Our concept is based on fresh food with flavors from Asia.

We are looking for an experienced sushi chef who wants to be part of our team and help create extraordinary dining experiences for our guests! As a sushi chef at Hannas, you will be responsible for preparing top-class sushi for lunch and a couple of evenings per week. The position requires precision and knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredient handling, and safe food management.

If you have experience in other Asian cuisines, it is a plus.
