Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Stenungsund and Stora Höga (Franchise)

We are looking for an engaged, driven, and experienced pharmacist ready to take on the role of responsible for pharmaceuticals at Kronans Apotek in Stenungsund and Stora Höga. Both pharmacies are just a stone's throw from the train station, which you can easily reach by train, bus, or car, and in the surrounding areas, you will find healthcare centers, gyms, grocery stores, and residential areas with schools and childcare. Both pharmacies are within walking distance to salty baths. We have a lovely mix of customers of all ages, many of whom have been loyal to us since the pharmacies opened in 2017 and 2013.

You will work together with a wonderful team of 6 pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacies and create world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advice and sales of medications and self-care products to working with pharmacy services, inventory management, quality, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the business complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to an outpatient pharmacy. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and offering the best possible patient advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create involvement within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.
• Ensure that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are conducted and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Responsible for handling, assessing, and taking appropriate action on deviations and deficiencies that arise in the pharmacy.
• Have overall responsibility for monitoring the quality of the operations and spreading knowledge about good pharmaceutical use and quality to other employees.

The pharmacies are open from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you will belong to pharmacy manager Hanna Stenstad's pharmacy family. Desired start is immediate or by agreement. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have extensive experience as a pharmacist and want to share and inspire with your knowledge to both colleagues and customers to contribute to good pharmaceutical use and health.

For the role of LMA, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged workgroup working towards common goals. This is one of our entrepreneur-driven pharmacies, that is, franchise! What does that mean? An entrepreneur-driven pharmacy is owned by an entrepreneur who independently runs and owns their pharmacy in their own company and is independently responsible for the company's results and staff. Franchise pharmacies share the common brand and product range with the rest of the organization. The entrepreneur also receives support in matters concerning the business and its employees from the central service organization. As an employee at a franchise pharmacy, you gain great insight into what it is like to run a pharmacy. You get to influence the pharmacy's working methods and results to a large extent as there are short decision-making paths.
