Capio Vårdcentral Kvillebäcken is located in modern, bright premises in central Hisingen with close access to Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen's public transport. Approximately 17,500 patients have chosen to register with us, which we see as a great compliment. We have about 70 employees who do their utmost to ensure that patients receive the best possible care with a good attitude.

Your role

As a resident physician (ST-läkare), your responsibilities include examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients. You are an important part of the development of the organization and help drive the clinic's work forward. We have a strong focus on quality, and monitoring quality goals is therefore part of the ongoing work. With us, you will receive good supervision and the support you need to develop in your role. We strive to make your training as rewarding and interesting as possible to provide you with the knowledge and experience you need for your future work as a specialist in general medicine.

We offer a competitive salary, and in addition, we have a salary scale for positive salary development. In addition to the training initiatives organized jointly for all resident physicians in the region/county, we also offer our own resident physician days and a resident physician network under Capio's management to further stimulate the educational climate. If you do not yet have a resident position, the waiting time for a resident contract may be long within VGR. With us, you will still receive a schedule as a resident physician as well as supervision and study time like our other resident physicians.

About you

You are a licensed physician with a genuine interest in the breadth and variation of general medicine and want to work with us for high-quality care. Contributing to the development of the organization is a natural part of your work, and you find it easy to create good meetings with both patients, colleagues, and partners. You should be able to communicate clearly. We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be a person who contributes with commitment and joy in your work.

Other information For permanent employment, we always apply a six-month probationary period first.
