Are you a team player who is passionate about both service and children's rights? Are you an administrative star who loves order and structure, being the spider in the web, and having varied tasks? Would you find it exciting to come to a great workplace with high ceilings and driven people, and do you enjoy being part of making an organization grow? Then you are truly the right person to become our new colleague!
Bufff was founded in 2001 and is a national children's rights organization that is politically and religiously independent. Our purpose is to provide support to children and young people with a family member who is deprived of liberty. The starting point for all our work is the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The association works directly and indirectly, for and with the target group by increasing general knowledge and awareness of the target group's situation and needs. We advocate for the target group and provide direct support to the target group at both individual and group levels. We contribute to a strong sense of coherence, and our members experience increased comprehensibility, increased sense of manageability, and that life becomes more hopeful and meaningful. This strongly counteracts mental ill-health, exclusion, and crime.
For us, the guiding star is always to highlight the children's rights perspective, the children's voice in matters that concern them.
