We are looking for a Real Estate Law Specialist/Surveyor to join a state-owned energy company.

This is a consulting assignment. The workplace is Solna, Stockholm.

The assignment is full-time with a hybrid setup. At least 50% of working hours are performed from the client's office in Arenastaden.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility, teamwork, and a professional approach to work.

The Assignment

The role involves responsibility for real estate law issues within large investment projects where new power lines and substations are planned and designed. The assignment includes, among other things, land access, property acquisition, surveying matters, and coordination with consultants as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contributing real estate law expertise to large investment projects where new power lines or substations are planned and designed.

• Managing and leading consultants.

• Representing the company in cadastral proceedings.

• Participating in rights investigations.

• Securing land access and carrying out property acquisitions within the project operations.

• Participating in physical consultation meetings in line projects.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Several years of current and relevant work experience in working with real estate law issues.

• Ability to express yourself professionally in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.

• Good social skills. Ease of collaborating in different work forms and groups.

• Class B driver's license is a requirement.

• University or college education of at least 180 hp (120p) in surveying, forestry/agronomy, law with a focus on real estate law, or civil engineering. Alternatively, other education combined with experience considered equivalent.

Merits

It is also meritorious if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Land access in infrastructure projects.

• Property acquisition.

• Forest and/or agricultural valuation.

• Processing of cadastral proceedings.

• GIS.
