We are looking for an engaged project manager to drive the implementation of 5S in our client's production operations. You will play a central role in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable workplace – and in connecting 5S work with other business management models.

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the 5S work in close collaboration with production managers, operators, and other key functions. You will become a vital link between strategy and daily floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the implementation of 5S

• Develop and monitor action plans, schedules, and measurable results

• Educate and engage employees in 5S methodology

• Identify synergies between 5S and other management models within the business

• Ensure that improvements become lasting and a natural part of the working routine

• Collaborate with production management and employees in both shifts

The position is 60-100% with a start in early August and lasts for two months. Working hours vary between Monday-Friday 8-17.

We are looking for you who

• Have practical experience working with 5S previously

• Are senior and wish to continue contributing with your engagement

• Have experience as a production manager or production technician, with a good understanding of the manufacturing industry's daily life and challenges

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
