Do you want to work with architecture at all scales – from society's most complex projects to the details that make a difference for the person using the space?

We are looking for an experienced architect who wants to shape the environments of the future together with us at AFRY Architects in Stockholm.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work on projects where vision, technology, sustainability, and design meet. We move between large development projects, complex buildings, and carefully designed interior environments where every detail matters. Therefore, we are looking for you who thrive just as well in strategic discussions as in concrete architectural work.

About the Role

As an architect with us, you will play a central role in our assignments. You will drive design issues, develop concepts, and contribute throughout the entire process – from early stages to the finished environment.

You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and other disciplines within AFRY. We believe in the strength of interdisciplinary collaboration and that the best solutions arise when different perspectives meet.

Qualifications

• You are a trained architect and have at least 8 years of experience from the industry.
• You have worked on projects of varying scale and complexity.
• You have experience of financial responsibility and leading other architects in assignments.
• You have a strong design ability and a genuine interest in architecture's impact on people and society.
• You can switch between strategic issues and detail design with the same commitment.
• You thrive in dialogue with customers, clients, and project groups and have your own customer contacts.
• You are curious, collaborative, business-minded, and want to contribute to the development of both projects and the business.
