We are looking for a Property Manager for a company in the energy sector.

This is a consultancy assignment. The place of work is Stockholm or Uppsala.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves responsibility for technical management and property operations within an assigned area. The assignment includes operational responsibility for operations, delivery follow-up, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The consultant will work with properties, facilities, and offices in the energy sector. The assignment is full-time and can be performed in Stockholm, Uppsala, or according to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of properties and technical systems.
• Follow up on deliveries, costs, and quality within the area of responsibility.
• Prepare and follow up on operational budgets together with suppliers.
• Ensure delivery according to agreements, instructions, routines, and standards.
• Collaborate with FM Hard suppliers and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Be the contact point for the business, for example during new production, renovations, or office moves.
• Drive continuous improvements and operational development within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure clear communication and reporting.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in technical management and property operations.
• Knowledge of technical systems, e.g., HVAC, electricity, cooling, ventilation, and security.
• Experience in supplier management and follow-up.
• Experience in budget work and cost follow-up.
• Independent and responsible.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Completed upper secondary education.

Merits

• Extensive experience in administrative property management.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Experience from FM/RE/MBS.
• Experience with KPI/OPI follow-up and SLA management.
• University education in a relevant field.
