We at Asta Agency collaborate with Lifts All in this recruitment process. The process takes place through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by Lifts All.

We are now looking for an engaged mechanical designer who wants to contribute to the development of tomorrow's lifting solutions. As a mechanical designer at Lifts All, you will become part of a technology-driven team and work with the design, modeling, and simulation of mechanical components and systems, focusing on creating safe, functional, and user-friendly solutions for the company's customers.

The role involves being involved in both small and large projects, where you are responsible for all phases of the design, from concept to finished product, and contribute to driving the work forward. In the design process, you work with a holistic perspective and consider the product's entire lifecycle, from manufacturing, assembly, and testing to future service.

You work closely with production staff and other parts of the business to develop solutions that meet customer needs and function well in practice. Lifts All values collaboration, creativity, and a clear focus on improvement, and would appreciate it if you contributed ideas that strengthen both the products and the working methods.

To thrive as a mechanical designer at Lifts All, we see that you are solution-oriented, self-motivated, and have a structured and meticulous working method. You have a good understanding of mechanics and design, are analytical in your approach, and enjoy taking responsibility for driving the design from concept to finished solution.

You appreciate a varied work environment where customer needs and projects can vary, and enjoy working at a high pace without compromising on quality. You also have an understanding of how products can be designed to function well in production and assembly, for example, based on machining, bending, or 3D printing.

At the same time, you are a team player who thrives in close collaboration with production and other parts of the business. You are happy to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement that develop both the products and the working methods.

Additionally, you have:

• A university degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, or a similar relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in mechanical design.
• Relevant CAD experience, preferably in SolidWorks.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious experience:

• Experience with PDM systems and FEM/analytical calculations.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor.
