In this role, we look forward to welcoming you with several years of experience in HVAC engineering, GMP, and project management. To thrive in this position, you are someone who embraces change, dares to challenge the status quo, thinks outside the box, and inspires others to do the same. You are coaching, present, and engaged.

Your new role
As part of our Life Science & Pharma unit, you will apply your expert knowledge in projects for global and local clients within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and other high-tech environments with high demands for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will become part of a competent team where we work closely with our customers throughout the entire process – from early investigations and engineering to implementation and follow-up.
As our new Team Leader, you will, in addition to executing exciting projects, engage in matters related to leadership, strategic work, business development, and growth. You will be responsible for a group of approximately 6 people today – all with strong competencies in HVAC for GMP projects. Our goal is to grow, and you will be instrumental in expanding and developing the HVAC group further. You also have an important role in working together with the unit manager to set clear goals for your group based on Ramboll's and the department's strategy and objectives, as well as continuously working on the development of your employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and development of employees (personnel responsibility).
- Planning and resource allocation for projects from the team and the rest of the organization in Sweden and globally.
- Building good relationships with customers and creating new business opportunities.
- Working on tendering and marketing activities.
- Leading and developing common strategies for the team, the unit, and the business area.
- Project work in the project management function with a focus on delegation and quality.
About you
- Experience leading and coordinating HVAC engineering teams within food and pharmaceutical projects.
- Relevant education in HVAC or equivalent.
- Knowledge of GMP and its application in technical facilities.
- Experience and interest in business development, with experience driving tendering processes and contributing to marketing activities.
- Ability to act as a technical advisor and mentor to colleagues.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Interest in developing collaboration with colleagues, both within Sweden and in international projects.
- Leadership experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
What we can offer you
- A developmental role where you can combine technology, leadership, and project responsibility.
- Complex projects in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Secure leadership in a values-driven company with the employee in focus.
- An inclusive work environment where different experiences and perspectives are valued.
- An international knowledge environment with experiences from 35 countries.
- Long-term goals in a foundation-owned company that invests in its employees as well as in research and humanitarian efforts around the world.
- Flexible work environment with the possibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.
- Private health insurance and life insurance.
- Wellness allowance of up to 4000 SEK/year.
