On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Contract Manager for an assignment in Stockholm. The position is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-08-17 and run until 2027-02-17, with a possibility of extension.

About the assignment

Our client is now looking for a Contract Manager who wants to ensure professional and high-quality contract management within the property sector. The assignment has arisen due to several major contract start-ups in the autumn and involves strengthening the organization during a period of high workload.

In this role, you are responsible for the management and development of larger operation and maintenance contracts, primarily within outdoor environments, common areas, waste, and vacuum suction systems. You ensure that the contracts are followed up both economically and in terms of quality, and you are responsible for preparing the right basis for tenders.

You play a central role in the implementation of new or renegotiated contracts, ensuring that the management organization receives the right information, training, and prerequisites for a successful start. The role also involves compiling statistics and economic data, leading operational and dialogue meetings, and collaborating closely with both internal operations and external suppliers.

As a Contract Manager, you also function as a specialist support and advisor, actively contributing to the development of working methods and collaboration within the organization.

• Start: 2026-08-17
• End: 2027-02-17
• Scope: 100% (38 hours/week)
• Location: Stockholm, primarily in Skärholmen with some work also in Solberga and Skarpnäck. Possibility of remote work up to two days per week if needed.
• Employment type: Employed by Devotum, as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• University education in, for example, economics, property management, law, or other equivalent education.
• Documented experience in contract management.
• Extensive experience or solid knowledge within the contract area from the buyer or contractor side.
• Experience working as a contractor, contract manager, coordinator, manager, or other equivalent role.
• Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience in launching and implementing new contracts.
• Experience in collaboration between buyers, suppliers, and management organizations.

Desired personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who is business-minded, self-initiative, and results-oriented. You work in a structured manner and have a good ability to prioritize and drive several processes in parallel.

Furthermore, you are a solution-oriented person who thrives in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces. You have an easy time building good relationships, communicating with different stakeholders, and creating trust both internally and externally. You are motivated by developing working methods and contributing to efficient and high-quality contract management.
