On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Land Manager / Outdoor Environment Manager for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-08-01 and run until 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension in four periods of four months each.
About the assignment
Our client is now looking for a Manager who wants to contribute to the development and management of sustainable, pleasant, and well-maintained outdoor environments. The assignment involves a central role in the work of developing and quality-assuring land and outdoor environment management.
In this role, you are responsible for following up on land maintenance contracts and leading the ongoing dialogue with contractors through, among other things, operational meetings and contract follow-ups. You perform quality and status checks within the land maintenance contracts and participate in inspections in connection with new production, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
You are responsible for following up on economy, quality goals, and key performance indicators, and you collaborate closely with internal functions within, among other things, environment, project, and development. The role also involves participating in projects and improvement work where you contribute from idea to implementation with a focus on sustainable and attractive outdoor environments.
As a Land Manager, you play an important role in developing planning and working methods related to land and outdoor environment issues, with a special focus on sustainability, biodiversity, as well as customer and business benefit. You also represent the business in external forums and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop long-term sustainable and inclusive outdoor environments.

- Location: Stockholm. The work is mainly based at the offices on Södermalm or in Farsta. Some remote work may occur, but the work is primarily performed on-site.
- Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.
About you
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Post-secondary education with a relevant focus or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of experience in land-related operation and maintenance work.
- Experience in the client role, project management, and contract follow-up, preferably according to AFF.
- Experience in green maintenance, preferably within residential or rental properties.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:
- Experience in garden planning or physical planting.
- Experience with map and planning systems, such as DP Map or similar.
Desired personal qualities: We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in sustainable development and enjoy developing green and attractive outdoor environments. You work in a structured manner, are quality-conscious, and have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work.
You are communicative, service-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships with both colleagues, contractors, and other partners. Furthermore, you are collaborative, solution-focused, and enjoy driving development and improvement work. You are also curious, proactive, and have the ability to create consensus among different stakeholders to achieve common goals.
