Stockholms Reparationsvarv is a well-established player with extensive experience, and we are now looking for an experienced and dedicated project manager to further strengthen our team.

About the role

As a project manager at Stockholms Reparationsvarv, you will lead work both internally and together with external partners, ensuring that all deliveries are made according to contract.

You are responsible for ensuring that projects follow schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Your main tasks include:

• Project Management: Responsible for the planning, execution, and profitability of projects from start to finish.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and organize work between internal foremen and other project managers, as well as with subcontractors and customers.
• Documentation and Follow-up: Ensure correct customer documentation and conduct project follow-up and reporting.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has experience with marine projects. To succeed in this role, you need:

• Experience from the marine industry, for example as a Chief Engineer or First Engineer on board a vessel, an engineer with a marine focus, or other relevant technical experience.
• Experience in project management and budget responsibility, as well as the ability to handle several parallel projects.
• Technical education at university level or equivalent, preferably within marine technology.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

This position is classified for security reasons, and a security check will be conducted as part of the employment.

Furthermore, you must hold Swedish citizenship. As we have many international contacts, we require a good level of English in both speech and writing, as well as fluent proficiency in Swedish.
