Job Description

We are now looking for a Commercial Property Manager for our area in Östermalm/Kista, where you will play a central role in driving and developing the business and shaping future campus environments.

As a Commercial Property Manager with us, you have overall business and delivery responsibility for your area. You ensure that business, operations, and development are kept together in daily work and are responsible for driving the business with a focus on results, customers, and long-term value growth. You are the customer's main contact in business and development matters and drive the dialogue regarding the area as a whole. In this role, you form a campus pair together with a Technical Property Manager, where you jointly prioritize, implement, and follow up on the business and delivery in the area with significant authority to make decisions in daily operations. Together, you create a coordinated, efficient, and clear delivery focused on results and development. With us, you will have a responsible role with many contact points, where you work closely with our tenants and contribute to developing attractive and functional premises that strengthen their operations. You are based at KTH Campus and report to the Area Property Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for customer delivery and development of your management area, together with your team, which manages a total of approximately 100,000 sqm.
  • Responsible for results, leasing, and investments, as well as ensuring a good customer experience in collaboration with colleagues in Technology & Service, Project, and other parts of the property department.
  • Driving the business through active vacancy management, renegotiations, and identification of development opportunities.
  • Initiating, prioritizing, and following up on development and investment projects.
  • Ensuring that decisions are implemented and followed up in line with the area's goals.
  • Collaboration in cross-functional teams for a strong and unified customer delivery.

Qualifications

As a person, you are business-minded, structured, and proactive. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have a natural ability to build and develop relationships. Through your work style, you contribute to collaboration, business development, and good teamwork.

To be successful in the role, we see that you have:

  • Relevant academic education in property, construction, economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in property management, business-driven customer relations, and leasing.
  • Experience in rent negotiations, contract management, and driving development and investment cases.
  • Experience working with result responsibility and business steering.
  • Experience working in property systems and good digital maturity.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A background check will be conducted on final candidates.
