About the role – Production Staff in Jordbro

We are looking for engaged employees for full-time positions within production. You will be part of a stable team and work in a modern production environment where quality and hygiene are in focus. Responsibilities – Production, packing, and quality work

• Work at production lines handling and processing food products
• Packing, labeling, and quality control
• Ensure that work procedures follow hygiene routines and safety regulations
• Report deviations and contribute with improvement suggestions
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a practical work environment. You are flexible, can work at a high pace when needed, and take initiative to solve tasks. Experience from food production, industry, or warehousing is meritorious, but not a requirement — the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Physical endurance and ability to stand and perform manual work
• Experience from production or the food industry is meritorious
• Awareness of hygiene and safety
