Adecco is now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a consultancy assignment at Swedbank. Do you have experience in specialist recruitment and thrive in an advisory role where you work closely with managers and the business? Then this assignment might be for you.
The assignment starts on August 10, 2026, and lasts for approximately one year. The location is at Swedbank's headquarters in Sundbyberg, where you are expected to work at least two days a week in the office. During the remaining time, there is an opportunity to work remotely according to agreement.
About the Assignment
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for specialist roles within areas such as Risk, Regulatory, Compliance, Credit, and Finance. You work closely with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner throughout the recruitment process – from requirement profiles and sourcing to interviews, assessment, and employment.
You manage several recruitment processes in parallel and ensure high quality, a structured approach, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to appointment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirement profiles, competency needs, and recruitment strategy.
- Lead intake meetings and ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Engage in proactive search and candidate attraction as needed.
- Conduct CV screening and present qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews and assessments.
- Contribute with objective second-opinion assessments to ensure high quality in recruitment decisions.
- Act as an advisory partner to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategy, market conditions, and talent supply.
- Challenge and calibrate recruitment needs to create realistic and high-quality recruitments.
- Manage multiple touchpoints and ensure ongoing communication regarding status and candidate pipeline.
- Contribute to the development of Swedbank’s Talent Acquisition function by improving processes, routines, and working methods.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives for more efficient recruitment work.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 5 years of experience driving recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Has experience in specialist recruitment within areas such as Risk, Compliance, Finance, Credit, or similar fields.
- Is accustomed to working consultatively and building strong relationships with managers and other stakeholders.
- Has experience with competency-based recruitment and structured interviews.
- Thrives managing several parallel recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Is structured, communicative, and has a business-minded approach.
- Has a good ability to prioritize and build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
Meritorious Qualifications
- Experience working in Teamtailor.
- Experience with Alva Labs or other testing tools.
- Experience recruiting within banking, finance, or other regulated industries.
