Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become one of the company's most important contact persons and work closely with tenants, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues. The role is broad, and you will switch between phone, reception, and administrative tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of the office in daily life.

You work daily in several digital systems simultaneously and become an important part of the company's continued development, where new working methods and AI will play an increasingly larger role. Ideas, curiosity, and the desire to improve processes are appreciated here. Among other things, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls and help tenants with questions and fault reports.
  • Register, prioritize, and follow up on service cases in the company's CRM system.
  • Staff the reception and welcome visitors.
  • Communicate with tenants via phone, email, and notifications.
  • Be responsible for office services such as conference rooms, kitchen, orders, and office supplies.
  • Participate in the development of digital working methods and AI solutions together with the team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure high service levels and a well-functioning office.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have at least a couple of years of experience in customer service and who thrive in a role where you get to combine service with administration and digital working methods. You are used to working in different systems, have good computer skills, and feel comfortable handling several tasks in parallel.

It is important that you express yourself very well in both speech and writing in Swedish, as well as having good knowledge of English. Experience working in CRM or case management systems is meritorious, as is experience from the property industry.
