About the assignment

We are currently seeking switchboard operators on an as-needed basis for our client in Stockholm. This is a long-term assignment starting immediately, where you will replace permanent staff during absences. Working hours are standard office hours on weekdays, 08:00–16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

You will replace permanent staff during absences and step in with short notice. The role requires you to be self-sufficient and able to start working immediately without prior training, making it essential that you meet the qualifications. The work takes place in Tele2's switchboard with standard duties for a switchboard operator.

Your qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software
  • Good knowledge and experience with Tele2 Switchboard
  • Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good English skills (minimum level B2)
  • Work experience in independent switchboard work
  • Good initiative and social competence

You must be able to work independently, take initiative, and handle inquiries as they arise. It is important that you have strong social skills, can collaborate, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You should also remain calm and efficient during peak workloads.
