About the Role
As an HR Generalist with us, you will have a central and independent role where you are responsible for the entire chain – from recruitment and matching to follow-up and coaching of our consultants. You will become a vital link between clients, consultants, and management.
Responsibilities
Personnel Management and Coaching
- Conduct development reviews, salary discussions, and continuous follow-ups on consultant well-being.
- Guide consultants in their competency development and ensure they are matched with suitable future assignments.
- Support consultants who often work on-site at client locations – you are their safe haven and sounding board.
Matching and Sales
- Build long-term relationships with companies and identify competency needs in the market.
- Find the right consultant for the right assignment and handle contract drafting with both clients and consultants.
Recruitment
- Create job profiles, source candidates, conduct interviews, and check references.
- Hire consultants on forecast to build a sellable talent pool for future needs.
Administration and Follow-up
- Approve time reports and ensure correct invoicing to clients and salary payments to consultants.
- Renew framework agreements and administer employment contracts.
Qualifications (Requirements)
- Post-secondary education in HR, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in operational and broad HR work.
- Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good IT skills and experience working with various systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
