About the Role

As a receptionist, you are often the first person our guests meet. You are responsible for providing a professional and warm welcome while handling bookings, phone calls, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome guests.
• Handle bookings via phone, email, and booking systems.
• Answer questions from guests and businesses.
• Perform administrative tasks and office services.
• Collaborate with the restaurant and activity operations.
• Ensure the reception area is always welcoming and organized.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working in a reception role.
• Has a strong sense of service and provides professional hospitality.
• Is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives working at a high pace.
• Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
• Is flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
