About the role

As a Fraud and Chargeback Agent at Kortsäkerhet (Card Security) at Entercard, you play a crucial role in monitoring and investigating potential credit card transaction fraud. You will be part of a team working evenings, nights, and weekends. The team currently consists of about ten people who distribute shifts among themselves. You will primarily work evening or night shifts (18:00-24:00, 00:00-09:00).

This assignment offers long-term opportunities alongside your studies. The office is newly renovated, modern, and located very centrally near the subway. We are looking for a student who is available to start immediately. The position begins with comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails from customers regarding potential fraud.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fraud cases in a case management system.
• Manage card blocks.

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying at a post-secondary level and will graduate no earlier than June 2028. It is an advantage if you are studying an economics-related subject.
• Has an interest in working with customer service.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the role.
• Is comfortable working alone at the office during night hours.
• Is available for full-time work during Christmas and summer periods.

Additional information

• Start: Immediately.
• Scope: Part-time, 1 shift requirement/week. During Christmas and summer, you may work up to full-time during certain periods.
• Location: Central Stockholm. Working from home is not possible for this position.
• Other: For this assignment, we will request a certificate of good conduct (criminal record check) as well as a credit report.
