About the role
Are you a service-oriented person who thrives in a varied role where you can combine administration, customer service, and office coordination? Then this might be the role for you!
We are now looking for a receptionist for an international company with offices on Gärdet in Stockholm. You will have a central role at the headquarters and serve as an important contact point for both employees, visitors, and external partners. The role offers great variety and suits you if you like taking responsibility, creating structure, and contributing to a professional and welcoming work environment.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Customer service and administration via email
- Receiving visitors and being responsible for the reception and office services
- Handling mail, invoices, documents, and other administrative tasks
- Administration of travel bookings, telephony, badge, and parking systems
- Support to managers and the executive team with administrative matters
- Planning and coordination of meetings, events, and internal activities
- Ordering office supplies, kitchen items, and other consumables
- Responsibility for conference rooms, shared spaces, and the daily well-being in the office

Requirements for the position
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
Employment: Permanent with a six-month introductory probation period
Scope: Part-time, 80%
Start: August 2026
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-15:30, Friday 08:00-15:00
